Organic Mountain Mint

Certified Organic mountain mint, grown and hand-harvested on our farm at La Ferme À Ciel Sur Mer in Charlevoix, Québec. Not a true Mentha but a North American native with a bold, almost peppery mint intensity of its own — and one of the best pollinator plants we grow.

How to Use

Steep half a teaspoon to one teaspoon of the dried herb in just-boiled water, covered, for five minutes and adjust to taste — it is noticeably stronger than garden mints.
