Organic Calendula

Calendula officinalis

Our certified Organic Calendula is hand-harvested at peak bloom from our farm in Charlevoix, Quebec, and slow-dried whole to preserve the resin-rich centres where calendula's skin-supporting compounds concentrate. We pick every flower by hand, every two to three days through the season, from the first blooms in late spring through the last harvest before frost.

Calendula is a member of the Asteraceae (daisy) family and may cross-react in people with allergies to ragweed, mugwort, chrysanthemums, marigolds, daisies, chamomile, or yarrow — patch-test before topical use if you have known sensitivities.
